To Change an Element's Attributes (Those That Are Set to On)

Select the Change Element Attributes tool ( Drawing > Home > Modify > Change Attributes split button).
Do one of the following:

Turn on Active Attributes to change an element's attributes to match the active element attribute settings.

or
Turn off Active Attributes to change an element's attributes without using or affecting the active element attribute settings.
Select the element.
Accept the change.
