To Copy a Tool

In the Customize dialog ( File > Settings > Configuration > Customize ) , click the Tools tab.
Do one of the following:

Expand the User Tools section and expand the open DGN file.

or
Expand the User Tools section and expand the DGN library.

or
Expand the Application Tools section and expand the MicroStation tools.
Expand the toolbox containing the tool that you want to copy.
Select the tool that you want to copy.
Do one of the following:

Click the Copy icon.

or
Right-click the tool and select Copy from the pop-up menu.
Select the open DGN file or the toolbox to which you are copying the tool.
Do one of the following:

Click the Paste icon.

or
Right-click the location to which you are copying the tool and select Paste from the pop-up menu.
