To Move a Fence Without Replacing It

Select the Modify Fence tool (
split button).

Set the tool setting Modify Mode to Position.

Enter a data point to define the origin for the move.

Enter a data point to define the new fence position.
This data point precisely positions the origin.

Do one of the following:
Reset to accept the move.
or
Repeat step 4.
