To Create a Print Style

Open the DGN file or DGN library in which you wish to create the print style.
Do one of the following:

Select File > Print > Print Styles.

or
From Print Organizer, select Tools > Define Print Styles.

The Print Styles dialog opens.
Select the type of settings you want to create from the drop-down list box. For example, Common Settings, DGN/DWG Settings, PDF Settings, or Raster Settings.
Do one of the following:

Click the New icon.

or
Right-click in the Print Styles list box and select New.

A new print style appears with the name "New Print Style."
(Optional) Rename the print style.
From the available tabs, define the print definition property values.
(Optional) Repeat steps 3-6 for additional data type sections.
Click the Save icon.

The print style is saved in the open DGN file.
Exit the Print Styles dialog.
Save the active DGN file or DGN library.
