To Update Fields in a Text Element(s)

Select the text that contains the fields to update.
Key in FIELD UPDATE SELECT.

You can also update all fields in the active model by first using the Key in FIELD UPDATE SELECT, then identifying the text that contains the field(s) to update, and then accepting the text.
