To Add a Explorer Context Folder

  1. In the Customize dialog ( File > Settings > Configuration > Customize ) on the Tools tab, expand the Explorer Context Menus tab.
  2. Expand the open DGN library.
  3. Click the New Context icon.

  4. Type a name for the new context folder.
