To Import a Report Definition

In the Drawing workflow, on the Analyze tab, in the Reports group, click Reports.
The Reports dialog opens.

In the Reports dialog, select .
The Import Report Definitions dialog opens.

Navigate to the DGN or DGNLib file that contains the report definition that you want to import and click Open.
