To Attach Multiple References from Multiple Folders

In the References dialog ( Drawing > Attach > References dialog launcher ), click the Attach Reference icon.

The Attach Reference dialog opens.
If necessary, open Selected Files list by clicking the down arrowhead at lower left of the dialog.
Select the first folder and file(s).
Tip: To select multiple files, hold the <Ctrl> or <Shift> key as you select the files.
From the Attachment Method option menu, select Interactive.
Click Add to add the selected files to the list.
Select a new folder and file(s).
Click Add to add the new files to the list.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 for any further files required.
In the Attach Reference dialog, click Open.
The Reference Attachment Properties dialog opens for the first file in the selection list.
Modify the attachment settings, as required, then click OK.
The Reference Attachment Properties dialog opens for the next file in the selection list.
Modify the attachment settings, as required, for each subsequent reference in the list.
