To Rotate a 2D View by Two Points
- Select the Rotate View control.
- Set Method to 2 Points.

Enter a data point in the view to define the origin of its X axis.
The origin, as well as a dynamic line indicating the positive direction of the view X axis, displays.

Enter a data point to define the positive direction of the view X axis.
The view rotates so that the defined X axis aligns with the view, or screen, X axis.
