To Open a Cell for Editing

Select Drawing > Annotate > Cells dialog launcher.
The Cell Library dialog opens.
In the list box, select the name of the desired cell.
Right-click the cell and select Open for Editing from the pop-up menu.
The cell opens as the active model.
