To Link an Element with a Saved View from the Saved Views Dialog

Open the Saved Views dialog ( Drawing > View > Saved Views dialog launcher ).
Do one of the following:

Press <Alt> and drag the saved view's link on the element to which you want to add the link.

or
Right-click the saved view, select Add Link to Element from the pop-up menu, and the identify the element to which you want to add the link.
