To Convert a Point Cloud File

Open the Point Clouds dialog ( Drawing > Attach > Point Cloud > Point Clouds dialog launcher ).
From the dialog's icon bar, click the Attach Point Cloud tool.

The Open dialog opens.
From the file list, select a LAS file and click Open.
The Convert LAS dialog opens.
Select the desired settings and click OK.
The Specify New POD File dialog opens.
Give the file a name and click Save.
The point cloud is attached to the DGN and displays in the view selected in the Point Clouds dialog.
