To Open a Job File

Select File > Print > Print Organizer.
The Print Organizer dialog opens.
Select File > Open.
The Open Print Set File dialog opens.
Navigate to the desired folder and select the name of the job file you want to open.
Note: You must copy the batchplt.spc file to the ..\MicroStation\Default\data folder to perform this step. You will need to get the batchplt.spc file from the machine you previously ran Batch Plot.
Click Open.
The Open Print Set File dialog closes.
