To Locate the Eye Point or Target with Precision Inputs

Select the Define Camera tool.
In the tool settings window, click the More button.
The window expands to display additional settings.
Expand the Camera Position section to display the coordinate input fields for Eye Pt and Target.
In the relevant fields, type values to exactly locate the eye point, target, or both.
The camera view updates with the new viewing parameters. In other views, the view cone updates to reflect the new values.
