To Turn Fill On or Off in All Open Views

Do one of the following:

Select Drawing > View > Presentation > View Attributes

or
From any view window's control menu, select View Attributes .

The View Attributes dialog opens.
Turn Fill on or off.
Select the Apply to Open Views icon.
