To Export a Report to Excel Workbook or .csv File

In the Drawing workflow, on the Analyze tab, in the Reports group, click Reports.
The Reports dialog opens.
- In the Reports dialog, select the desired report definition.

Click Export Results.
The Save As dialog opens.
- In the Save as type drop-down, select the desired output format.
- Browse to the desired folder where you want to save the report and click OK.
