To Apply a Distance Constraint

Select the Distance Constraint tool (
).
- Select the first element or linear segment.
- Select the second element or linear segment.
- Drag the marker away from the segments where you want the distance (length measure) to be displayed and enter a data point.

Key in the desired value and press <Enter>.
The element or the segment is now resized to your entered value.
