To Link an Element with a Reference from the References Dialog

Note: To add a reference link the reference should have a logical name.

Open the references dialog ( Drawing > Attach > References dialog launcher ).
Right-click the reference that you want to add and select Add Link to Element from the pop-up menu.
Identify the element to which you want to add the link.
