To Place a Half Ellipse

Select the Place Half Ellipse tool ( split button).

Enter a data point to define one end of the primary axis.

Enter a second data point at a point on the ellipse.

Enter a third data point to define the other end of the primary axis.
"P" denotes Primary axis
