To Modify a Callout Through the Properties Dialog

Select the callout.
Do one of the following:

Right-click and select Properties from the pop-up menu to view the callout properties in the Properties dialog.

or
Right-click and select Saved View Properties from the pop-up menu to view the saved view properties in the Properties dialog.
Make changes to the desired properties and accept.
The callout updates to reflect the property change.
