To Create and Place a Cell Index

Select the Place Cell Index tool (
).

Enter a box size.

Enter the number of cells per row.

Select Grid Lines, Names, Descriptions, Insertion Points, and/or Enable Screen Menus.

Enter a data point to position the upper left corner of the cell index.
