The Attach Engineering Link dialog opens with the URL and Title fields empty.
Type the appropriate Internet address and description in the URL and Title fields.
Select an element.
Accept.
Note: The above procedure is useful when you know the exact Internet address you want to use as your link. When you do not know the exact address, use the following procedure.
