To Move Items Up or Down

In the Print Organizer dialog, select the print definitions that you want to move.
Tip: You can select multiple print definitions by holding down the <Ctrl> key as you select the print definitions.
From the Edit menu, select one of the following menu items:
Move to Top — to move selected files to the top of the list.

Move Up — to move selected files up one position.

Move Down — to move selected files down one position.

Move to Bottom — to move selected files to the bottom of the list.

Reverse — reverses the position of the selected files.
