To Preview Print Definitions

In Print Organizer, select one or more print definitions, a folder, or the entire print set (Edit > Select All).
Do one of the following:

Select File > Print Preview.

or
Click the Print Preview icon on the main window.

or
Right-click and select Print Preview from the pop-up menu.

The Preview window opens.
If you are previewing a set of print definitions, click Next to preview the next print definition or select a print definition from the list box.
To dismiss the Preview window, click the Close icon in the upper-right corner of the window.
