| Setting | Description |

| Filename | Used to change the folder or file name of the raster file associated with the print definition. Changing the folder and file name may be necessary if the file is moved or renamed. If you are unsure of the file's location, click the Browse icon. |
| Paper size | The Paper size control specifies the paper size (form) associated with the raster print. If a different paper size is selected and the Full sheet check box is set, the Size and Scale values are updated and the raster is fitted to the new paper size. The NONE form is available if the print destination is set to Send to InterPlot and the selected printer is an InterPlot printer that supports the NONE form. When printing to the NONE form, the system automatically sets the form size to the print size. For example, if the form size is 100 x 100 inches, and the print size is 34 x 22 inches, the form size is set to 34 x 22 inches when the Paper size control is set to NONE. |
| Limits | A read-only field that displays the imageable area of the selected paper size in the active units. |
| Orientation | Lets you specify whether or not the orientation is Landscape or Portrait. |
| Paper source | Lets you specify a particular tray or paper type (Tray 1, Tray 2, Glossy Paper, Plain Paper) for the paper source. |
| Full sheet | (Visible only when a Windows driver is selected.) This control fits the raster image onto the paper limits of the selected paper size. If set, it is the same as having the Full Sheet Mode property set in the printer driver. If cleared, only the printable portion of the sheet is considered. For example, when printing to a letter sheet size, typically 8.5 x 11 inches, the maximum print size may be only 8 x 10.5 inches. If full sheet is set, the maximum print size is the size of the sheet (8.5 x 11 inches). When Full sheet is set some geometry may be clipped (by the printer) if it falls into the unprintable area around the edge of the paper. |
| Units | The Units control lets you specify the units in which the size and origin values are displayed. |
| Scale | Lets you scale the raster. The raster scale is a multiplier, showing the factor that the original pixels will be scaled up or down to meet the print size. For example, suppose you are printing to a 600 dpi printer or a 600 dpi PDF and you have a raster that is exactly 1100 x 850 pixels. If you maximize this raster to ANSI A (11 x 8.5), the raster scale will be 6. To produce the perfect image, you would need a raster that was 6600 x 5100 pixels. This would yield a raster scale of 1 - without any upscaling or downscaling. |
| Size | Lets you specify the X size or Y size for the raster in the active units. Changing the X size of the raster changes the Y size and scale values to keep the same aspect ratio. |
| Origin | Sets the horizontal and vertical distance in printer units from the lower-left corner of the printable area to the lower-left corner of the image. X Origin sets the horizontal distance in printer units from the lower-left corner of the printable area to the lower-left corner of the image. The default X/Y origin values center the raster in the printable area of the print. Y Origin sets the vertical distance in printer units from the lower-left corner of the printable area to the lower-left corner of the image. The default X/Y origin values center the raster in the printable area of the print. |
| Invert colors (binary raster only) | Lets you reverse the normal foreground/background rules for binary rasters. |
| Rotation | The Rotation control lets you rotate the raster. Valid rotations for raster are 0, 90, 180, and 270 degrees. |
| Mirror | The Mirror control lets you mirror the print about the X axis, Y axis, both axes, or to specify that the print not be mirrored (None). |
| Maximize | Automatically fits the raster into as much of the printable area as possible. |
| Center | Centers the raster on the output media. The origin values are updated correspondingly. |
| Refresh | Clicking the Refresh icon, below the preview image, refreshes the overview window. |
| Show raster in overview | If set, the raster is displayed in the overview window. If cleared, the defined sheet with margins is displayed. |
