Key in ROTATE VIEW RELATIVE <xx,yy,zz>.

or
Key in RV=<xx,yy,zz>.

xx, yy, and zz are the relative, counterclockwise rotations, in degrees, about the view x-, y-, and z-axes.
Select the view(s).
