To Open a Custom Toolbox in a Floating Toolbox Using the Customize Dialog

In the Customize dialog (
) , click the Tools tab.

Expand the User Tools section and expand the open DGN file.

Select the toolbox that you want to open.

Right-click the toolbox and select Open Toolbox from the pop-up menu.
