To Print Multiple Markups to One PDF

  1. In the Markups dialog list box, select all the markups you want to save to one PDF.
  2. Click the Print to PDF icon.

    The Save Output PDF file dialog opens.

  3. Name the PDF file and select a location to save the file.

    By default, the PDF is saved with the name Markups.pdf.

  4. Click Save.

    The PDF file opens, showing each markup on an individual page.
