To Edit Multiple Variable Print Definitions

Do one of the following:

Select two or more variable print definitions, and select Edit > Properties.

or
After selecting two or more variable print definitions, right-click and select Properties from the pop-up menu.

or
Select the Properties icon from the toolbar.

The Modify Properties dialog opens.
Type in the property value or select it from a drop-down list box.
Select OK.
The Modify Properties dialog closes.
