To Create a Global Variable

  1. Open the Feature Modeling Global Variables dialog from Feature Modeling Primary Toolbox.
  2. With the Variables tab active, click the New icon.

    A list box entry for the new variable appears.

  3. In the Name field, type the required name.
  4. In the Value field, type the required value.
  5. From the Type option menu, select the type of variable.
