To Set the Status of the Markup

In the Markups dialog list box, select the markup whose status you want to change.

In the Status column, click the current entry.
An option menu appears with the choices of Not started, In progress, Completed, Waiting on someone else, and Deferred.

Change the status to the desired choice.
