To Set the Location of an Explorer Context Menu or Menu Item in the Right-Click Menu

  1. In the Customize dialog ( File > Settings > Configuration > Customize ) on the Tools tab, expand the Explorer Context Menus tab.
  2. Expand the open DGN library.
  3. Expand context menu as needed to get to the context menu or menu item and select it.
  4. In the Properties pane under General Settings, click the arrow to the right of the Priority property (set by default to User Common) and select a new location for the context menu or menu item.
