To Modify a Vertex of a Fence by a Single Vertex

Select the Modify Fence tool (
split button).

Set the tool setting Modify Mode to Vertex.

Select the vertex to move.

Press the <Alt> key.
The fence vertex modification mode changes to single vertex.

Enter a data point to define the new vertex position.

Do one of the following:
Reset to accept modification.
or
Repeat step 5.
