MicroStation supports DWG multileaders to the extent of what the DGN multiple leaders can do. A DWG multileader, that is composed of a multiline text and one or more leader lines on one side of the text becomes a note element with multiple leader dimensions. You can edit the note and save it back to DWG. A multileader that has leader lines on both sides of the text becomes a locked note element. Unlocking the element cause the leader dimensions to snap from two sides to one side. Similarly, a multileader with a block is also locked.
