To Change the Paper Size and Orientation

In the Printer and Paper Size section of the Print dialog, choose the required paper size from the Paper list box.
Select Portrait or Landscape orientation as required.
(Optional) In the X and Y fields of the Print and Paper Size section, key in new values for the Paper size.
Note: The X and Y fields are not editable when you use the Windows driver.
