To Create a Website Link

In the Links tab of the Explorer dialog, click the Create Link icon and from the drop-down list, select URL Link.

The Create Link dialog opens.
Do one of the following:

If the Web site's URL already appears in the drop-down list, select it.

or
Click the arrow next to the text box and select http:// to create a link to a website on a regular server.

or
Click the arrow next to the text box and select https:// to create a link to a website on a secure server.
(Optional) If you selected http:// or https:// in the previous step, type the remainder of the website's address.
Click OK.
