To Drag a Mesh

Select the Drag Mesh tool ( Modeling > Mesh > Modify Meshes ).
Select the desired selection method.
Set Mode to Drag.
(Optional) Select Subdivide Locally.
Select a mesh element.
Select a start point to begin the selection of mesh facets.
Select an end point for the selection of mesh facets.
Note: If you have Subdivide Locally selected and you right-click at this point, the tool will exit and subdivide the selected mesh facets.
Select a handle to drag.
Drag the selected handle.
The selected facets are modified at the same rate.
Click to complete dragging the mesh element.
