To Generate an HTML Report on Templates and Customizations in the Open DGN File

Do one of the following:

In the Element Templates dialog ( Drawing > Home > Attributes > Element Template > Manage ), select Utilities > Generate HTML Report.

or
In the Customize dialog ( File > Settings > Configuration > Customize ), select Utilities > Generate HTML Report.

The Generate HTML Report dialog opens.
(Optional) Click the Browse icon to navigate to a different folder and type a name for the HTML file you are generating.
Select the data types to be included in the HTML file.
Click OK.
The dialog closes, the HTML report is generated, and the report opens in your Web browser.
