To Enable or Disable an Explorer Context Menu or Menu Item
- In the Customize dialog ( ) on the Tools tab, expand the Explorer Context Menus tab.
- Expand the open DGN library.
- Select the context menu or menu item that you want to enable or disable.
- (Optional) If the Enable/Disable Test property is not visible on the General Settings tab, right-click the tab and select Add Enable/Disable Test.

In the Enable/Disable Test field, select a named expression or an in-line expression from the list.
The context menu or menu item is enabled or disabled according to the selected test.
