To Remove the Entire File Path for Selected Print Definitions

Select File > Print > Print Organizer.
The Print Organizer dialog opens.
Select File > Open.
The Open Print Set File dialog opens.
Navigate to the desired folder and select the name of the print set file you want to open.
Click Open.
The Open Print Set File dialog closes.
Select Edit > Find and Replace File Paths.
The Find and Replace File Paths dialog opens.
In the Find what field, type the old folder path (For example: C:\dgn\civil\).
Note: Be sure to include the trailing backslash on the string.
In the Replace with field, leave it empty.
Select Selected print definitions.
Click OK.
The Find and Replace File Paths dialog closes and the paths are replaced.
