To Split a B-spline Curve At Kink Points

Select the Split Curve tool (
).

Set the Method to At Kink Points.
This splits the curve if one or more Kinks exist. If no kinks exist then the curve will not be split.

Select the B-spline curve.

Enter a data point to accept the change.
