To Change the Properties of a Markup

  1. In the Markups dialog list box, right-click the markup that you want to change.
  2. From the pop-up menu, select Properties.

    The Markup Properties dialog opens.

  3. In the Markup Properties dialog, you can change the Name, Description, Priority, Status, Assigned To, Approved By and Template fields.

    The markup sheet and saved view are renamed.
