To Place a Cylinder Feature with Axis Set to a Drawing or Screen Axis

Select the Cylinder Feature tool.
From the Axis option menu, choose the required axis.
Enter a data point to define the center of the base.
(Optional) If Radius is off, enter a data point to define the size of the radius.
Enter a data point.
If Height is off, this data point defines the height for the cylinder, and its direction along the selected axis.

If Height is on, this data point accepts the height value and defines the direction of the cylinder along the selected axis.
