Note: By default, the Admin workflow is available only when the active file is a DGN library file (*.dgnlib) that is pointed by MS_GUIDGNLIBLIST, _USTN_SYSTEM_GUIDGNLIBLIST, or MS_DGNLIBLIST configuration variables. If you want the Admin workflow to be always available, add the capability variable _USTN_CAPABILITY < +CAPABILITY_UI_ALWAYSSHOWADMINWORKFLOW to your Organization configuration file (standards.cfg). If you want the workflow to be available only for a specific WorkSet, then add the capability variable to the WorkSet configuration file <WorkSetName.cfg>. If you want the workflow to be available only for a specific WorkSpace, then add the capability variable to the WorkSpace configuration file <WorkSpaceName.cfg>.
