To Resynchronize DGN File Level Definitions with Their Level Library Sources

Do one of the following:

In the lefthand pane of the Level Manager dialog, select the open DGN file, then click the Update Levels icon.

In the lefthand pane of the Level Manager dialog, right-click the open DGN file. From the pop-up menu, choose Update Levels.
