To Add Dimension Constraint to an Element

Select the Dimension Element tool ( Drawing > Constraints > Dimensional ).

Select the profile segment.

Enter a data point and then key in the desired dimension.

Enter a data point to accept or press <Enter>.

Note: For circular elements you can select the element and choose to constrain the radius or the diameter from the tool settings.
