To Extrude a Face of a Solid by a Set Distance

  1. Select the Modify Solid Entity tool, with the All icon selected.
  2. Turn on Distance.
  3. Turn on Extrude Faces.
  4. In the Distance field, type the desired value.
  5. Select the face to extrude.
  6. Move the pointer outwards from the solid to view the extrusion.
  7. Accept the extrusion.
