To Import an Icon from an ICO File

In the Customize dialog (
) click the Icons tab.

Click the arrow on the Import Icons icon and select From ICO Files.
The Select ico Files to Import dialog opens.

Navigate to the ICO file(s) you want to import, select them, and click Open.
