Changing the WorkSet's Root

By default, when you create a WorkSet, it is created in the default ..\Configuration\WorkSpaces\<WorkSpaceName>\WorkSets\ folder. If you want to change the location where your WorkSets are created, say, on a network drive, you can do so using the following recommended method.

  1. In the delivered ..\WorkSpace\Standards folder, create your Configuration File, say My_WorkSpace.cfg.
  2. Let's say you want to create new WorkSet in W:\WorkSets folder. To do so, add the following to My_WorkSpace.cfg:


  3. Save and close My_WorkSpace.cfg.

    The next time you create a new WorkSet, it will be created in the W:/WorkSets folder.
