After launching LumenRT the welcome window shows you the Plug-in option for iModel-Hub.

Where you can import i-Model directly inside LumenRT Update 15 and 16.

You can also select this option inside LumenRT under Add misc > Import iModel-Hub.

After sign-in you can import the iModels into the scene.
